To unplug the charger, follow these steps:
Stop charging using the Gravity app
Unlock your car if needed (some EVs keep the port locked while charging)
Pull connector out smoothly
If the connector doesn’t release, make sure charging has fully stopped and your car is unlocked. Check your car’s screen for any prompts.
